Sourhouse Starter Jar Features:

• designed to be the easiest-to-clean sourdough starter jars in the world.
• no threads where your starter can collect and gunk up
• soft, silicone lid hugs the outside of the jar to keep contaminates out of our jar
• dry starter flakes off the lid with a squeeze
• jars have a flat bottom, for efficient warmth transfer in Goldie
• clear, strong borosilicate glass - easy to see your starter grow
• straight sides so it is easy to mix, clean and track the rise of your starter
• On the sides of each PINT size jar are dots in 50ml and 100ml increments for judging when your starter has doubled (or tripled).
  
• QUART size jar has 100ml and 200ml dots for those of you who like to keep larger starters or to build a levain in advance of a bake.
  
• enough clearance inside Goldie to use a Sourhouse Cooling Puck.
• Each jar comes with a gold silicone marking band too.
